Welcome to Café Lola, a haven of pink dreams and delightful brews! As we celebrate our 5th year of being open, we're thrilled to take you on a journey back to where it all began and share the incredible journey that has shaped Café Lola (and our now 5 locations!) into the what it is today.
Five years ago, co-founders Lin Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes had just began their marketing agency, The Refined Agency, and could never seem to find a place where they could work, have their coffee and tea and enjoy decent food. It was from this desire to find a space of their own that Café Lola came about. They found the perfect location in Summerlin with a café below and office space upstairs. This café would be fueled by a commitment to create a space that anyone could come and enjoy their favorite beverage, grab a bite to eat and feel comfortable getting work done & meeting friends.
The Pink Aesthetic Unveiled: From day one, Café Lola embraced a unique and enchanting aesthetic. Alexandra and Lin wanted to create something unique, something inviting. The carefully curated décor, ranging from soft blush tones to bold fuchsia floral walls, was a visual testament to the femininity, creativity, and strength that defines the space. From here grew the “pink café.” The atmosphere at Café Lola is a celebration of having delicious offerings while also being aesthetically pleasing!

We Love you a Latte: At Café Lola, we don't just serve coffee & tea. Our signature lattes, handcrafted pastries, and made to order bites are more than just menu items; they are expressions of the passion and dedication that went into curating a menu that has something to offer everyone. Many of the menu items are family recipes like our house made Italian Ice and Granny’s Breakfast Sammy or items that Lin and Alexandra love to enjoy themselves or serve their families.
Women in Business: From the humble beginnings of two women hopping from coffee shop to coffee shop to conduct business for The Refined Agency and dreaming of their own space, Café Lola has blossomed into a thriving multi-location enterprise. Following the triumph of Café Lola Summerlin, Alexandra and Lin responded to the growing demand by extending their presence across the Las Vegas valley with a second location in Henderson. The success in Henderson paved the way for an exciting partnership with Allegiant Stadium. As Café Lola entered its fourth year, the venture expanded even further, with the opening of two additional locations in Southwest Las Vegas and a unique spot inside Caesars Palace at The Forum Shops. Throughout this remarkable journey, with our diverse and talented team we've cultivated an environment of collaboration and mutual support that defines the essence of our beloved café.

Looking Ahead: As we celebrate having been open for 5 years, Café Lola is proud to say that it’s only the beginning we have exciting announcements to come, new additions we’ll be enhancing our menu with, special events planned, and even more opportunities to connect with our vibrant community. The next five years hold promises of continued growth, exploration, and, of course, the signature floral and pink magic that defines Café Lola.
