Dr. Alexandra Lourdes, Ph.D. is the co-owner of Café Lola and The Refined Agency; an interactive marketing company specializing in social media & events. After earning her Ph.D. in Higher Education from UNLV, she founded several social media based startups; including Las Vegas City Guide & a new blog AllThingsRefined.com, a blog dedicated to providing inside tips on fashion, family & lifestyle. Alex was born in Switzerland and has traveled all around the world, currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Michael Santos is the Chief Executive Officer for Tailored Food & Beverage. After helping launch the Raising Canes franchise group in Las Vegas; Santos set out to help other restaurant groups sharpen their operations. Tailored Food & Beverage works with restaurant organizations whom are looking to expand their organizational structure and market presence all while enhancing their operations. Santos works with each department and the restaurant operators to build the sole focus of serving the guests in all they do every day.
Lin Jerome, J.D. is the co-owner of Café Lola and The Refined Agency; an interactive marketing company specializing in social media, creative design, influencer management and awesome events. A certified Boss Babe herself, Lin obtained her Law degree from the Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, NV in 2012 and in 2013 Lin created female influencer and philanthropic group Ladies Who Dine, with chapters currently in Las Vegas, NV and Orange County, CA and also co-created AllThingsRefined.com a blog dedicated to fashion, beauty, family & lifestyle.
Stephen Jerome brings a lifetime of hospitality experience and passion to the table. A native of Auburn, New York, but longtime Las Vegas resident, Stephen is a proud graduate of UNLV receiving his Masters in Hospitality Administration in 2017. Over the past decade, he has established himself as one of Las Vegas’ rising food and beverage stars, opening and operating numerous award-winning restaurants for the likes of Wolfgang Puck, Elizabeth Blau and Steve Wynn. Most recently he has acted in the role of Managing Partner and General Manager for Blau and Associates Restaurants Andiron Steak and Sea & Honey Salt.
